Dr. Joseph T. Barone comes from a family of chiropractors. Both his father and cousin were some of the first chiropractors in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Dr. Joseph T. Barone grew up watching his father take care of and ultimately heal countless patients. “When I was little, everywhere my father went in Marlborough, we’d run into his patients and they would all say how my father saved their lives and how much he had helped them.”
Dr. Barone graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and with Golden Key National Honors from UMASS, Amherst with a degree in biology. He continued his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida campus where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude.

Dr. Alison Barone
Dr. Alison Barone has a very different history than her husband. She was not exposed to the philosophy and treatment of chiropractic care until she was an adult. At the age of 22, a chiropractor changed her life by eliminating her headaches she suffered weekly after being in a bad car accident. “I couldn’t believe that eliminating the subluxation in my neck could have such an impact on my pain. It was like magic!”
Dr. Alison graduated with a degree in sociology and latino studies from the University of Pittsburgh. She continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida campus where she met her future husband, Dr. Joseph T. Barone.
The husband and wife team both love sharing their gifts with the community. They have given their time to treating those less fortunate at a community outreach center in Boston and have done many educational talks at the local senior centers and libraries.
